FAQs

Is there a charge to list on Tejori?

Listing is free. We only charge a 20% admin fee when your item sells, so you keep 80% of the sale price. Buyers pay delivery separately.

Who chooses and pays for postage?

The buyer selects and pays for their preferred Royal Mail delivery option at checkout depending on the weight of the parcel. Available options may include next-day delivery or delivery within 3–5 working days, depending on the service selected.

The delivery cost is added to the order separately from the item price.

How long do I have to post my item?

Once a buyer purchases your item, you’ll receive an email confirming the sale with your Royal Mail shipping label attached. You have 5 working days to pack the item securely, attach the label and post it.

If an item is not dispatched within this period, the sale may be cancelled and the buyer may be refunded.

When is the payment taken and released to the seller?

Payment is taken when the buyer completes their purchase, then held securely until the order has been delivered.

Once tracking confirms delivery, the buyer has 48 hours to raise a dispute, strictly limited to the eligible categories outlined in Tejori’s Buyer Protection & Disputes Policy. If no eligible dispute is raised, the payment is released to the seller, minus Tejori’s 20% admin fee.

Can I make an offer on an item?

Yes, you can make an offer. The seller will accept or decline.

What happens if my item doesn’t arrive?

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact the seller or contact Tejori at customerservice@thetejori.com. We will review the delivery status and assist with resolving the issue.
