92 Million Tonnes of Textile Waste Globally: A rubbish truck of clothes is dumped every second. 711,000 Tonnes Discarded Annually in the UK: Nearly half of unwanted clothes go to the bin instead of being reused. 35 Items Per Person Annually: In Manchester-sized towns, over 10 million garments are discarded each year. Extend the Life of South Asian Fashion. Our marketplace helps slow this waste by giving shalwar kameez and South Asian occasionwear a longer life through resale, rewear, and conscious buying.
